Our team led the charge on completely re-invisioning REI.com. Our goal? Make their .com feel as amazing as walking into one of their flagship stores. We created a focused, immersive, and experiential shopping destination while injecting 70% more expertise throughout the site (yeah, we counted), decreasing navigational clutter by 40%, and working with a whopping 18 different client groups to make REI.com as awesome as the brand itself.
One of our favorite parts of this project was showing REI our outdoor chops. When we pitched the business, the whole team camped out at the office. We captured this experience and sent REI our love letter to the outdoors.
